Use of This Website
This website is provided by Breeza Biscayne to share information about our venue and to receive event inquiries. By using this site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access non-public areas.
Event Inquiries & Reservations
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All events are subject to availability and become binding only upon execution of a written event agreement and receipt of any required deposit.
Pricing, Service Charge & Tax
Unless otherwise stated in your event agreement, a 23% taxable service charge and 8% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Pricing communicated prior to a signed agreement is subject to change.
Final Guarantee
Final attendance, a detailed seating chart, and menu place cards supplied by the client must be confirmed with the Event Manager 10 business days before the event. After confirmation, the guest count may increase but may not be reduced below the guaranteed number. Additional guests will be charged accordingly.
Vendors & Coordination
A day-of event coordinator is required for all events. A list of approved vendors is available on request. Vendors not on the approved list must complete a liability waiver and provide proof of insurance before the event date.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, and branding — is the property of Breeza Biscayne or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeza Biscayne is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
